ABOUT US

Our Story

Since 2012, a team of over 100 advanced engineers, including control engineers, software engineers, welding engineers, and mechanical engineers, has been providing custom robot automation systems for customers and partners worldwide. The robots used in automation systems reach up to 300 units annually.

The METALLECO Canada facility is about 50 mi far from Toronto. We could provide speedy response for North America market.

We have become a member of EWI to share the cutting-edge achievements in welding technology in the United States and worldwide.

Over the past years, we have formed deep partnerships with top universities around the world in welding and cold metal processing specialties, building multiple high-standard laboratories. Through constant technological breakthroughs,and made several world-first achievements in areas such as rail transit, new energy vehicles, and wind power generation.

As our customer base continues to grow, our team in Canada,US, Mexico,China and Japan could offer fast and on-site service to our customers. METALLECO is committed to sharing the latest manufacturing experiences from around the globe.

Our History

2024 Provided Robotic Welding systems for Caterpillar Inc.

2023 Global Innovation Award from Fanuc head office in Tokyo.

2021 METALLECO provided over ten intelligent welding production lines for one of the top 5 construction group; Strategic cooperation relationship with ThyssenKrupp Group, the world's first set of intelligent production lines for heavy-duty anti-corrosion paint spraying, sandblasting, zinc spraying and painting.

2020 IATF16949 certification for automotive industry quality management system. ThyssenKrupp wind power and super marine structural parts, intelligent production line for anti-corrosion paint spraying, sandblasting, galvanizing, and coating. Industry's first parameterized programming and automatically identifying, unmanned, intelligent welding system for the middle groove of coal mining machines. Over 1,500 robots/automation systems have been successfully delivered.

2019 Global Innovation Award from Fanuc head office in Tokyo. The world's first intelligent production line for anti-corrosion paint spraying, sandblasting, galvanizing, and coating of 60-ton-class wind power structural parts. Industry's first parameterized programming and automatically identifying, unmanned, intelligent car panel welding system.

  • The METALLECO R&D and production center covers 5,700 square meters of office space and 34,000 square meters of factory space.
  • METALLECO's full time machinists have decades of experience in programming and operating CNC machines.
  • Our machinists are capable of running highly complex and dimensionally critical parts from most standard and exotic materials.
  • Our machine shop offers 3, 4 and, 5 Axis CNC Milling, Manual Milling and, CNC Turning.
