HS Ring-type Welding Positioner

Ring-type Welding Positioner uses gear transmission mechanism to realize the flipping of workpiece, so that it is widely used in the full position welding of long straight workpiece. It is mainly composed of the main frame, flipping mechanism, flipping drive system and control system and other key components.
The device can flexibly adapt to long arm structures of different lengths and is equipped with alignment and clamping mechanisms. These mechanisms can be adjusted according to the cross-sectional dimensions of the workpiece, ensuring stability and accuracy during processing. Symmetrical anti-collision seats are installed on the equipment, providing reliable safety guarantees during operation to prevent damage or accidents caused by collisions.
The base frame is equipped with a drive wheel, multiple limit wheels and positioning wheels. The surface of the semi-ring roller is processed with teeth that mesh with the drive wheel. The rotation of the drive wheel drives the semi-ring roller, so as to realize the precise flipping of the workpiece.
