Metalleco Welding Fabrication Center operates as a dedicated steel structure fabrication facility supporting heavy-duty industrial applications. The shop supports both in-house equipment manufacturing and outsourced welding work, delivering consistent workmanship from single fabricated components to repeat production programs.

All welding activities are CWB Certified, with fabrication performed under qualified welding procedures and controlled shop practices. The facility routinely produces structural steel components, welded assemblies, fixtures, and complex weldments in carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, meeting Canadian industry standards for structural integrity and traceability.

The welding center is equipped with purpose-built welding stations, stable production workflows, and in-process quality checks to maintain repeatability, dimensional control, and predictable lead times. Fabrication scope covers a broad range of steel structures, including beams, frames, box sections, large welded assemblies, and load-bearing structures. Thick plate processing and heavy-section fabrication are routinely handled for both standard and custom steel structures used in industrial equipment and infrastructure applications.

Flexible fixturing, multi-axis positioning, and automated welding systems allow accommodation of varied part sizes, geometries, and production volumes.
