The KT series Roller Bed stand provides a range of solutions for rotating and handling various cylindrical workpieces. It features a small footprint and a manual diameter adjustment device. The load capacity ranges from 3 tons to 100 tons.
Electrically driven roller stands are reliable basic tools for rotating and moving cylindrical workpieces such as pipes, pressure vessels, and storage tanks in automated welding. A power unit is typically used in conjunction with one or more idler units. Due to their compact size, they occupy minimal space on the shop floor.
In the KT series, the roller spacing can be manually adjusted to accommodate different workpiece diameters. A bolted device enables reliable and easy-to-operate step-by-step manual diameter adjustment.
