"The integrated design-centric automated welding production line for vehicle compartment panels and new energy applications comprises three core robotic welding lines (side panel, rear panel, front panel) integrated with auxiliary equipment and electrical control systems. Leveraging imported Japanese robots combined with self-developed welding robot sliders, platforms, and positioning clamping fixtures, the system realizes a fully automated process flow including manual pre-assembly, automatic clamping, intelligent welding, autonomous inter-station transportation, and manual rework.

The production line features real-time monitoring of welding parameters, wire consumption, and gas usage. Through PLC-based data acquisition deeply integrated with the client's Manufacturing Execution System (MES), it enables automatic production data capture and smart decision-making. All workstations support dual operation modes (automatic/manual) to ensure production safety and operational flexibility, comprehensively enhancing welding efficiency and quality."
